We can’t wait to welcome you all to camp this summer and have prepared the following information to help you and your students plan and prepare for the trip.

A proposed itinerary for your visit based on 21 children taking part.

Lots of information to help you prepare including arrival, accommodation and kit-list details.

Please read and share this document with adults accompanying the group.

To help us prepare for your arrival we will require the following information by the 26th June 2024:

  1. Confirmation of final numbers of children and adults.

  2. A list of names of all participants (children & accompanying adults) along with any relevant medical condition information, dietary requirements and photo permissions.

  3. Confirmed arrival time at the drop off point (by cricket club carpark - see map in Environmental Adventure Pack).

    The above information should be emailed to claire@campkernow.org.uk at least two weeks before arrival.

  4. Completion by group leader of the consent and medical form at link below.

Please complete and submit the form at the link above at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
