JOIN THE TEAM IN SUMMER 2024 AND HAVE AN OFF-GRID ADVENTURE IN CORNWALL!

Spend this summer in the heart of Cornwall volunteering at Camp Kernow’s off-grid environmental adventure camp. We’re looking for individuals full of enthusiasm, energy and a sense of fun to help enrich the experience of children staying here through exciting and meaningful interactions in the natural environment.

  • Learn new skills from experienced instructors in Bushcraft, wild food foraging, green woodworking, archery, climbing, animal tracking and much more.

  • Gain experience and confidence working with children in the outdoors.

  • Live off grid in yurts & tipis on a beautiful woodland estate in the heart of Cornwall. Food & travel expenses are also covered.

  • Meet like minded people, make new friends and be part of a great team.

  • Receive training, references and enhance your CV.

  • Volunteer your time with a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reconnecting and engaging children with nature and inspiring them to live more sustainably.

Above all, it’s fun, incredibly rewarding, rich in experience and an opportunity to engage with children and inspire them to take action towards a more sustainable future.

We’re seeking volunteers who are available to volunteer for 4 weeks of camps between 1st May and 23rd August. If you volunteer in the months of May, June and early July when we host school camps training will be provided during the placement and for those volunteering mid July onwards on the summer camp programme there will be a 3 day training course between the dates of 17th and 19th July.
