Tuesday began bright and early with adventurers having a go at the ancient sport of archery. After lunch Gary arrived and the group got togged up ready for an afternoon of kayaking. We’re fortunate to have the convergence of three rivers on our doorstep with lots of tidal creeks to explore. They headed down to the launch site and paddled their way along the river, stopping off for a dip to cool off!
Dinner was delicious wood fired pizzas fresh from the cob oven followed by apple and blackberry crumble. In the evening we were joined by some incredible birds of prey which hunt the skies above us here at camp including a Barn Owl, Buzzard and a baby Barn Owl called Stamp. The evening came to a close around the campfire where we got to test out the toasting forks and enjoy S'mores and campfire songs round the fire.
